All contents of the game are copyright material and cannot be used for any other games or software however you are free to do whatever you want with screenshots and videos of the game.
The current release of Your BACON is in Another Castle is an open alpha. This comes with no cost and is free to play. We do however ask that you do not repost this download on other download sites. You can link to our webpage for download but to ensure an official copy and the integrity of the game we ask that the only source is us.
If you have downloaded the Alpha from our site you are free to make modifications to it. However, any and all modifications no matter how extreme cannot be shared without first receiveing written permission from us.
Any suggestions made are assumed to be offered for free unless otherwise agreed before the suggestion was made.
All donations made to the company for the purpose of helping us release the game are made as donations and understood that this is not payment for anything that isn't already covered on the donation page.
We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time with or without notice with immediate and/or retroactive effect. This is not meant to change your current rights listed and/or the rights and agreement made with those that have donated but to leave us with the option to add more to the agreement at a later date.
